Smudge Stick Workshop & Yoga Flow
Shake off the stresses of the hectic start to fall by taking some time for an evening of selfcare.
Celebrate the Fall Equinox and Harvest Full Moon with Trinity Lounge.
Begin your night wildcrafting with herbalist Angelica, learning about how smudge sticks and aromatics has played a role throughout history as well as folkloric stories. We will create our own custom smudge stick using different blends of plant materials of your choice. After, we transition to a 60 minuet Full Moon yoga flow designed by Jules to close out your magical evening.
Unique refreshments will be served.
Space is limited, please bring your own mat and good vibes.
